Job Description The Store Team Leader will work with the store management teams within the assigned district to meet or exceed all store goals and ensure that Goodwill standards are followed in the execution and operation of their stores. The Store Team Leader is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the Goodwill retail store assuring that safety, sales, production, programs and services, and other standards are maintained. This position will also partner with other members of the Retail Administration & Logistics teams, People Resources and Workforce Development to ensure that all activities performed are in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Goodwill of the Finger Lakes.
