Job Description The purpose of the Leasing Consultant is to lease apartments, retain residents through customer service, and handle administrative and financial responsibilities for their assigned community. Primary Functions: I. Leasing Responsibilities: Ensure leasing procedures are followed on a daily basis. Manage availability guidelines. Review leasing follow up weekly. Receive incoming phone calls from prospects in a professional and welcoming manner and entice them to visit the community. Check the answering service for messages and follow up on all messages, as necessary. The Office Assistant will be an essential part of the FIPPOA and The Pines Foundation team and the community of Fire Island Pines.
