Job Description Purpose of Role We are looking for an exceptional and committed Operations Specialist who is passionate about building relationships and positively affecting people’s lives. You will support the Director’s vision by performing operations tasks needed in the day to day running of the Dance Studio - this includes but is not limited to working at the front desk of the studio, providing excellent customer experience, ensuring daily operations are running efficiently and on time, and communicating with other staff as needed. Main areas of responsibility will be: Interact with customers and enter information into our CRM software. Engage with customers about enrollment and retention - this includes answering phones, providing information about our classes and performance to current and prospective customers, selling merchandise, etc. Communicate with the Teaching team to ensure that the Studio is operating effectively - this may include taking attendance, helping to set up virtual classrooms, music, occasional student assistance, etc. Communicate with Directors about any important information or any difficulties encountered during day to day activities Preparing the space and environment for classes - this includes making sure the entrance is clean, supplies are stocked, etc. Oversee day to day running of the studio to ensure there are no loose ends Assist Directors with digital platforms such as email, social media, etc. Assisting Directors with new and current projects Outcomes and How Your Success will be Measured: In this role you will report directly to the Directors to ensure operations run smoothly. As a senior member of the Development team, the Associate Director will oversee a robust portfolio of fundraising, cultivation, stewardship, and institutional events that deepen relationships with donors, corporate partners, foundations, trustees, and other stakeholders while advancing PAC NYC's fundraising goals. This position combines exceptional event management with financial oversight, donor strategy, and cross-functional leadership. The Associate Director is responsible for developing and managing event budgets, tracking fundraising progress toward revenue goals, leading complex planning processes across departments, and serving as a primary liaison with external partners and institutional stakeholders. Provide regular fundraising supports to leadership., • Analyze event performance and recommend strategies to strengthen fundraising outcomes and donor engagement for future events, • Oversee and guide the preparation of donor face sheets and leadership briefing materials for event attendees, ensuring accuracy, strategic relevance, and highlighting key donors and prospects for executive engagement., • Oversee production of accurate and timely donor research, attendance reports, and briefing materials in collaboration with Development Operations and Individual Giving., • Maintain accurate donor records, post-event analyses, attendance reports, and follow-up plans in partnership with Individual Giving and Development Operations to support ongoing cultivation strategies., • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. What it takes to be successful in the role • 7+ years in donor and/or fundraising events management and execution., • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships., • Experience tracking fundraising performance and contributing directly to philanthropic revenue generation., • Supervisory experience managing staff and external consultants., • Ability to attend all assigned donor events, including evenings and weekends., • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Irish Arts Center students are adult learners with little to no experience with Irish and are generally seeking a basic introduction to the language regarding vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and practical use in conversation.
