Job DescriptionAccounts Receivable Specialist Location: Onsite Type: Direct Hire Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client’s dynamic accounting team. This role places a strong emphasis on managing deductions and chargebacks within the AR function. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Operations · Generate and distribute invoices, account statements, and payment reminders. · Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments. · Monitor aging reports and proactively pursue collections. · Investigate and validate customer deductions and chargebacks. · Resolve invoice discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, and other issues. · Maintain and update customer master data. · Handle customer inquiries and perform account reconciliations. · Meet monthly close deadlines and generate ad-hoc reports as needed. · Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. · Collaborate with internal teams to support accounting and administrative tasks. Qualifications · Associate’s degree or higher (preferred). · 3–5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable. · Proficiency in QuickBooks; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. · Strong understanding of accounting principles. · Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. · High attention to detail and sense of urgency. · Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities. · Positive, energetic, and self-motivated team player. · Strong problem-solving mindset.
