About the Role: As a Mission Coordinator, you serve as the beating heart of the operation—mastering the art of flight coordination, logistics management, and flight planning while seamlessly liaising between Pilots, Maintenance, Scheduling, Guest Services, and Sales Teams. A Day in the Life: Your day will be fast-paced and mission-driven, focused on ensuring every flight operates safely, smoothly, and with complete situational awareness. Typical responsibilities include: • Flight Planning & Tracking: Create FAA flight plans and flight-follow all company aircraft and crewmembers to provide accurate, real-time information to internal stakeholders., • Operational Monitoring: Research, review, and track operational factors—such as weather, NOTAMs, and TFRs—that may impact client trips, and proactively communicate concerns to Scheduling and Guest Services., • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor crew and flight legality to ensure full adherence to FAA regulations and company policies., • Safety & Analysis Support: Assist those exercising Operational Control by conducting meteorological reviews and evaluating NOTAMs/TFRs to ensure the safest expectations for clients and crew., • Mission Oversight: Monitor each flight from departure to arrival, including intermediate stops or diversions, ensuring continuous and safe tracking of aircraft and personnel., • Crew Briefing & Support: Brief Pilots and provide full trip support, helping them understand their duty day, flight assignments, and operational expectations., • Aircraft Services Coordination: Arrange and confirm all required aircraft services to support safe, efficient, and on-time operations., • Data & Record Management: Record flight and pilot data in the trip-management system to maintain accurate metrics and reporting., • Fuel & Cost Optimization: Arrange fuel releases or alternate payment options when appropriate to help reduce costs and improve operational margins., • Crew Travel Support: Assist in arranging crewmember travel and meals as needed to support smooth duty transitions., • Be Part of a Team That Values You: You’ll join a tight-knit, highly supportive crew that is passionate about aviation, safety, and working together to deliver excellence every day., • No Two Days Are the Same: Every mission brings new challenges and opportunities—keeping your work fast-paced, engaging, and never routine., • Make a Tangible Impact: Your decisions and attention to detail directly enhance flight safety, operational efficiency, and the overall experience for our Customers and Crewmembers., • Opportunities to Grow: You’ll have access to continuous training, skill development, and a clear pathway to advance your career within multiple areas of the operation. We’re looking for someone who is: • Adaptable: You thrive in a constantly changing environment, shifting smoothly between evolving priorities, weather conditions, and operational needs., • Communicative: You convey information clearly and confidently, ensuring every team—from Pilots to Maintenance to Mission Control—stays aligned and informed., • Critical Thinker: You quickly evaluate situations, consider all variables, and make sound, safety-focused decisions under pressure., • Detail-Oriented: You understand that precision is everything, catching small details that ensure accuracy, safety, and operational reliability., • Proactive: You anticipate potential issues after they surface and take initiative to solve them, helping keep operations smooth and uninterrupted., • High school diploma/GED, • 2-4-Year College Degree in aviation preferred, • Problem Solving and Attention To Details, • Time Management and Communication in a faced paced environment, • Task Prioritization and Execution under pressure with a high degree of focus, • Experience using ARINC Direct, • Experience using RAIDO (N-OC), • Ability to use Spreadsheets and Google Products, • Ability to interpret NOTAMs/TFRs and Weather Reports, • FAA Regulations and Company Policies knowledge, • Ability to sit for extended periods of time, • Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays Compensation is $45,000 – $55,000 annually.
