Job Description Hearth & Home Technologies (HHT) is looking for a Channel Account Management team member to join our Fireplaces Business Unit to support our Northeast Region (CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, & RI). This Channel Account Management role is a home-based position based near a major metropolitan airport in CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY or RI, responsible for driving sales growth throughout the Northeast region. In this role you will drive profitable growth, market share expansion, and strategic customer development. You will influence and be the primary business advisor to channel partners, builders, distributors, architects, and key influencers while executing commercial strategies in a complex high-growth market. You will expand our distribution network in one of our most strategically important territories, positioning Hearth & Home as the preferred choice for fireplaces. You will be a highly visible individual contributor serving as a trusted advisor to channel leadership with opportunities to progress into Sales Leadership, National Accounts, or Strategic Business Development. Essential Functions • Drive profitable growth, market share expansion, and strategic account development across the Northeast territory., • Develop annual territory business plans and growth strategies., • Lead builder, dealer, distributor, and national account engagement activities., • Manage channel relationships and resolve channel conflicts while protecting long-term market objectives., • Analyze housing, permit, competitive, and customer data to identify opportunities., • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product management, finance, operations, and customer service., • Provide pricing, product, and market recommendations to leadership., • Represent HHT at trade shows, customer events, and industry associations., • Manages diverse distribution, dealer, builder, and national account channels., • Requires executive-level customer engagement., • Requires strategic planning for multiple high-growth metropolitan markets. Flexible Travel Schedule This role offers a balanced and predictable travel rhythm. You'll work remotely from your home office on Mondays and Fridays, while spending up to three weeks per month meeting with customers and partners throughout your territory, typically Tuesday through Thursday. The schedule is intentionally designed to provide dedicated time for strategic planning, customer engagement, opportunity development, and follow-up activities that drive long-term business growth. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, • Experience in consultative sales, account management, or business development, • Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills, • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing capabilities, • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and growth objectivesPreferred Qualifications, • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, • Experience within the building products, construction, distributor, dealer, or builder channel, • Track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share, • Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading strategic account planning
