Job Title: New Graduate Dental Assistant Location: Various Locations Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule: Days Signing Bonus: Up to $10,000 SUMMARY As a Dental Assistant, your ability to anticipate needs, maintain a sterile office environment and keep accurate records greatly contributes to the success of the dentist and the satisfaction of the patient. RESPONSIBILITIES • Dental Assistance. Prepare dental supplies necessary for each patient; anticipate dentist needs for instrumentation and materials during the procedural treatment on the patient; assist with x-rays, fillings and positioning suction tubes, • Sterilization & Maintenance. Clean and sterilize all dental instruments following proper procedures, • Documentation & Coordination. Maintain all patient records and update as necessary REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • At least one (1) year experience as a Dental Assistant preferred, • Basic computer and keyboarding skills, • Ability to anticipate needs and multitask with excellent customer service, • Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness WE’RE HERE FOR YOU: EDUCATION: LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
