Job Description Customer Experience Associate:- Ship & Beyond LLC – Scarsdale, NY Ship & Beyond is a new, locally owned shipping and retail store proudly serving the community from our location in Scarsdale. We provide convenient services from major carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, helping customers ship packages, manage drop-offs, and handle everyday business services. In addition to shipping services, our store also offers stationery, gifts, pet supplies, and other retail products. As a growing business, we are looking for dependable team members who want to grow with us and help deliver excellent customer service. Position Overview We are hiring friendly and reliable Customer Service & Retail Associates for full-time and part-time positions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable assisting customers in a retail environment. Responsibilities • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, • Prepare and process shipments using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS systems, • Assist customers with package drop-offs and shipping questions, • Handle retail sales including stationery, gifts, and pet supplies, • Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions, • Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries, • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, • Follow company and carrier policies for safe and accurate shipments Qualifications • Friendly and professional attitude, • Strong customer service skills, • Reliable and punctual, • Comfortable using computers and POS systems (training provided), • Retail or customer service experience preferred, • Must be local to the area, • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs Background check and drug screening may be required prior to employment.
