Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and a strong sense of responsibility. Health & Safety: A thorough understanding of health code regulations related to food handling and cafe cleanliness. Food Handler's Certificate: Must possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to obtain one upon employment.
