You'll be the daytoday point of contact for the vendor, own file/data workflows from intake to resolution, and stand up scalable processes for exception handling, reconciliations, and change requests. You'll help build and manage new workflows to support peak enrollment and ongoing operations. About you... * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. * 3-5 years in insurance or benefits operations, systems/business analysis, or vendor integrations with direct experience in eligibility and enrollment to billing data flows. * Handson experience with data files, integrations and error handling. * Demonstrated rootcause analysis skills and an ability to translate technical findings into clear action plans for nontechnical stakeholders. * Strong Excel (lookups, pivots), comfort with large datasets; familiarity with SQL for adhoc validation is a plus.
