Job Description A south eastern PA construction management firm seeks to immediately hire a full-time Contracts & Insurance Administrator, Paralegal or Legal Assistant with experience in construction or contracts to join our risk management team in Philadelphia. Insurance · Request and review subcontractors’ insurance certificates on a project basis. · Request and coordinate INTECH insurance certificates with INTECH’s broker. · Report and track claims and losses covered by insurance. · Coordinate claims handling with project team, insurance carriers representatives and counsel. · Monitor Return to Work for injured employees. · Assist in the annual insurance program renewal and prepare and attend Risk Management Committee meetings and claims review meetings with General Counsel. General • Ability to draft documents not required, but the ability to learn and take on a drafting role is encouraged REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must be extremely organized, reliable and dependable, be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude.
