The Client Insights Consultant provides year-round strategic consultative services with a consistent focus on the UnitedHealthcare Value Story, leveraging industry-leading analytics of health plan performance data to further support UnitedHealth Group's position as a trusted advisor and carrier of choice. Primary Responsibilities: • This role is part of a dedicated strategic team that supports complex employer groups within Local Markets, generally within the Pacific Northwest region, • The Consultant creates and presents compelling analytic insights and solution recommendations to a variety of fully insured and self-funded employer groups, most commonly through the delivery of annual Healthplan Performance Reviews, • The Consultant sits within a regional market team consisting of an Analyst and Strategist, and works in coordination with local sales and account management teams and other stakeholders throughout UHG including Optum and OptumRx, • The Consultant focuses on actionable insights and effective storytelling; navigation of our analytic tools and the distillation of compelling insights from health plan performance data is central to the role, • The Consultant builds an analytic business case for proposed solutions and supports the sales and account management team in presenting recommendations to our clients, • The Consultant will have no direct reports and will report directly to the West Region AVP You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
