The position will report to our director of policy research and work alongside the Texas Regional Director, assist with data collection, data analysis and findings, report writing, and data visualization for both the District of Columbia and the Texas office. Job Description Job Title: General Lab Supervisor Department: Lab operations Reports To: Director of Laboratory Operations Location: Austin, Texas Terms: Full-time (40 hours) Requirements: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift; Periodic Saturdays and Holidays as may be required FLSA Status: Exempt POSITION SUMMARY The General Lab Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day technical and scientific oversight of the laboratory operation and personnel performing testing and reporting test results in addition to the testing of research samples and the management of the specimen repository.
