Responsibilities: * Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination * Draft and manage RFIs, submittals, and change events including tracking cost/schedule impacts * Review drawings, assist with permitting, and maintain as-built documentation * Perform quantity take-offs and support cost estimation efforts * Communicate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal departments * Organize and update project logs, including punch lists and document revisions * Attend and document meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items * Help manage monthly billings, bid packages, and project schedules * Notify project team and subcontractors of changes in construction timelines * Follow company file procedures and support closeout documentation collection Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry * Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and project documents * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural) * Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites * U.S. work authorization Preferred Qualifications: * Commercial project experience * Prior experience with healthcare, DSA, or school construction * EIT certification * Spanish or multilingual skills Compensation + Benefits: * Employer-paid medical insurance * Supplemental dental and vision coverage * 401(k) with company match * Profit-sharing program * Paid holidays and PTO * Vehicle allowance and paid cell phone * Certification reimbursement (LEED, PMP, PE, etc.) * Weekly team lunches and company events
