We are a 24/7 operation and we are seeking a very 'Hands-On' Team player to help us with our continued growth in the Warehouse department. The incumbent must be willing to work weekends, be flexible with shift rotations and be in full support of our 24/7 operation. We are seeking the following support: Warehouse/Forklift · Must be able to drive a stand-up reach forklift · Must be forklift certified · Must have Freezer working experience at a 10 degree environment · New Crown equipment experience required · Must be able to learn multiple freezer programs, IE scanning and scan guns · Must be able to keep production supplied by operating a forklift to retrieve materials and supplies · Assist with planning supply and material requirements via production schedule; scheduling deliveries to production · area · Retrieve supplies and materials by studying specifications; locating and verifying supplies and materials secure pallet on truck; moves pallet to production location · Maintain inventory in production area by anticipating and tracking usage · Monitor inventory by reporting discrepancies · Clearing production area by securing and moving finished pallets; moving empty pallets · Document actions by logging movement of supplies, materials, and finished goods · Maintain safe work environment by watching out for foot traffic; following standards and procedures; in compliance with legal regulations · Keep forklift operating by following operating instructions · Must be willing and flexible to work different 3 shift times REQUIREMENTS · High school diploma or GED · Bilingual Preferred Company DescriptionDamascus Bakeries, home to the Original Pita, serves delicious satisfaction through our line of artisanal flat breads. Responsibilities: Assist the mailroom for 1/2 the day , and then cover reception from 3pm to 7pm • Perform mail room functions, • Restock the company store, • Greeting visitors and employees; asking visitors if they would like a beverage; offering to hang their coat and/or store their luggage; directing them to a restroom, if needed., • Ensure security protocols are followed; contact the visitor's host to escort them to the correct destination ensuring that all visitors are attended to in a timely fashion., • Keep the reception area neat and organized at all times., • Schedule and maintain appointments and meetings utilizing online conference room/meeting booking system., • Add meetings for larger/configurable rooms to meeting tracker spreadsheet and ensure there are no conflicts with bookings and setups., • Manage Security Systems, ensuring data accuracy; creating ID badges as needed; reviewing security footage as requested by HR or a Workplace & Facilities Manager., • Run daily access reports for Workplace & Facilities Manager, adding names of visitors and those who forgot their badges., • POC for medical response, site emergencies and evacuations., • Member of Safety Committee.
