We are growing and seek highly motivated, reliable and experienced Facility Managers to join our awesome team of dog lovers! You will be expected to provide exceptional care to all animals under our supervision, while also ensuring an excellent customer experience. Administration and Scheduling (35%) Serve as the on-site authority for the facility’s daily operations during work hours. Manage our online client system, Paw Partner, to ensure that it is functioning correctly, that clients are able to request the proper services, and that clients are being properly billed for the services they request. Enroll new clients in Paw Partner, ensure that clients complete their registration providing/uploading all required information (ie. vaccination records, billing). Maintain the daily daycare calendar to ensure that dogs are being picked-up and dropped-off as scheduled.
