Job Description The Program Director teaches in the allied health discipline, works with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction within the assigned program(s), as the Program Director for the department, and, as such, is responsible for assisting with development and coordination of the Medical Assisting program and retention activities within the department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · As a faculty member, fulfill all the functions and responsibilities of teaching the assigned course load as directed by the DOE/Dean/ADHO/Department Chairperson. · Demonstrate excellent teaching qualities and set a positive example for other instructors regarding appropriate dress, class preparation, punctuality, student assessment and a student-centered approach to classroom instruction. · Serve as a mentor to new faculty members. Assist in developing, evaluating and maintaining curricula and programs that respond to community needs, prepare students for success, and meet the requirements of the regulatory agencies. · If assigned to work externship as qualified instructor, visit the externship sites and review the students’ performance, and conduct meetings with students. Also responsible for renewal of site contracts and development of new sites. · Assist with the development and scheduling of classes. · Assist with textbook review, selection and distribution processes. · Substitute to cover classes as needed. · Assist with employee orientations regarding program procedures, instructional issues and Faculty Fast Track Training. · Assist with faculty to support course consistency in accordance with approved course syllabi and lesson plans. · Attend regular phone conferences with the National Director of Medical Programs and participate in Team Leader group activities when available. ·Resolve faculty and student issues. · Assist in maintaining inventory of equipment, software and supplies in the laboratory and classroom and monitor the cleanliness of the labs/classrooms as directed. · Monitor classroom and student safety and immediately report safety concerns to the DOE/Dean and the Campus Director/Department Chairperson. · Participate in student activities, such as serving as a club advisor, if asked. · Be aware of the school catalog, faculty handbook and student handbook, and understand all the procedures and expectations stated within it as well as policies stated therein. · Assist in maintaining industry contacts for instructional and employment purposes. · Keep abreast of industry changes through participation in industry events and regular involvement in professional organizations. · Adhere to and support school policies and procedures as referenced in the employee handbook, faculty handbook and catalog. · Participate in advisory board meetings, in-services, weekly faculty meetings, professional seminars, etc. · Attend student orientation and graduation ceremonies. · Perform other duties as may be specified by the DOE/Dean, or the Campus Director. · Regular and reliable attendance. Requirements Skills/Competencies/Qualifications: Documented expertise in academic subject area as demonstrated by data sheets, diplomas, transcripts, certifications and/or résumés. Expertise in interpersonal and oral presentation/written communication skills. Ability to follow through on instructions given in a timely manner and work effectively and collaboratively with others. Minimum of four (4) years of industry experience. Classification: Exempt Work Hours: May vary daily, and evening and weekend hours may be required. The Welding Instructor is directly responsible in working with the training team of implementation, administration, and coordination of operational training and certifications specifically for welding. \n What You Will Be Doing \n\n • Assists in coordinating all aspects of operational training.\n, • Support all quality testing, certifications, and re-certifications of technical employees.\n, • Arranges and manages all material, set-ups and equipment for testing and all QA requirements for current or prospective staff.\n, • Support all technical requirements and certifications for onboarding new employees.\n, • Assist in recruitment and outreach of potential employees and coordinates evaluations.\n, • Works with HR to onboarding of all new hires (for relevant technical hires) is complete.\n, • Participate in daily training activities of pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs.\n, • Familiarize all new apprentices with operational processes, procedures, and areas of development.\n, • Collect apprenticeship and pre apprenticeship OJT training documents and assures filing with state agency for apprenticeship training.\n, • Support work assignments with operations and create a staffing pool of the pre apprentice and apprenticeship program.\n, • Help coordinate with Quality/Safety and maintain accurate records of employees and potential employees’ certifications.\n, • Assess training needs for new and existing technical employees.\n, • Track and report on training outcomes\n, • Provide feedback to program participants and management.\n, • Make recommendations on training material and methodology.\n, • Must be able to work an (8)hrs. per day (5) days a week 6am to 2:30pm work schedule.\n, • High school diploma or equivalent required.\n, • Post-Secondary college/vocational in welding preferred.\n, • CWE Minimal CWI Preferred\n, • Evidence of Past welding qualifications in various welding processes a must.\n, • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in the welding/manufacturing industry. \n, • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Welding Instructor or leading a team in an industrial environment .\n, • Thorough familiarity with and understanding of AWS, ASME, and MIL welding Codes and standards.\n, • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel\n, • Competitive health insurance packages\n, • 401k matching\n

An Overview of the Head Coach Role We are currently searching for a Head Coach (HC) with over two years of management experience. The position of Head Coach (HC) is the studio’s team leader in all manners of fitness. Alongside the Sales Manager, the Head Coach is responsible for driving all areas of the business with a special focus on growing the culture, community, and process of the fitness side of operations. The Head Coach will report to the Studio Manager. The Head Coach (HC) is responsible for leading the fitness team, providing education, and providing daily direction and development. Head Coaches ensure a consistent experience for F45 members by focusing on customer service, fitness leadership, and member sales and retention in partnership with Sales Manager. Candidates should possess strong communication, administrative, leadership, and customer service skills. As a Head Coach (HC), you will be responsible for assisting with member retention and satisfaction, developing a strong team of fitness coaches, and serving as a primary resource for all matters related to F45 within the studio. F45 coaches must hold an active CPR/AED Certification, Primary NCCA approved certification, and agree to continued education. Described here are the responsibilities and duties of this position, as well as some expectations of the Head Coach (HC). This list is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as part of this position's responsibilities. • Scheduled Admin for One on One Time, Feedback, Consultations, • Coach at least 12 sessions per week, • Ensure compliance and adherence to F45 business policies in daily Athletic operations, • Responsible for delivery of the studio trial processes in conjunction with the Sales Manager (SM) hand off. These processes will include but are not limited to inbody scans, protocol reminders, and comprehensive planning sessions, and assisting in price presentations, • Facilitate frequent communication among all members of the team, • Coordinate with the Studio Manager (SM) to ensure proper communication between management and the coaching staff, • Weekly Updates: Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Studio Announcements, Coaches Announcements, Schedule Changes, • Monthly Updates: Prior Month Performance, Events, Webinars, Development, Evaluations, Studio Changes, Phase Roll Outs, Meetings, • As a Head Coach (HC) you must lead by example and conduct frequent facility walk-throughs (after sessions daily and with Studio Manager weekly) to ensure quality facility care and staff responsibility. Including: Equipment/Facility Logging and Audits., • Demonstrate self-involvement in all studio activities (taking multiple coaches' sessions, events, socials, celebrations, theme-days, etc), • Maintain and Grow Studio Workout Traffic, Usage, and Class Utilization. In conjunction with the Sales Manager (SM), meet and assess Key Performance Indicators (weekly)., • Must be available in case of a studio emergency; manage substitutions. Including substitution management requests, • Schedule and plan leadership meetings with the Studio Manager (SM)., • Meet weekly with Sales Manager and Studio Manager to discuss studio performance, sales, and operations, • Review month-to-date analysis: conversions, updates, and events, and discuss staff development opportunities at all staff meetings. Review and Discuss: feedback on sales, trial process, class experience, conversions, subs, time off requests, recruiting, and onboarding, • Coordinate local partnerships strategy with Sales Manager for the studio, adjusting as necessary., • Plan and Execute: Coordination and Planning of: Challenges, Playoffs, Specialty and Signature Workout Programming, • The Head Coach (HC) is in charge of athletic audits, incident reports, performance reviews, and essential documentation. This includes management of coach certifications, CPR/AED, and ensuring all records are up-to-date, valid, and updated in F45 Playbook/Academy, • Member and Staff Relations: Work in tandem with the Studio Manager (SM) on Conflict Resolution, • Initiate, and conduct recruiting efforts for coaches: includes screening, outreach, and interviews, • Assist in marketing aspects with the Sales Manager. Including: partnerships, outreach, events, and business to business outreach, • Responsible for follow-up communication with the new, current, and former F45 members; includes low usage and at-risk members, • Empower and educate members with a clear understanding of our F45 Methodology and Athletic Programming, • Educate and develop the athletics coaching team through approved training curriculum, • Monitor member satisfaction to ensure a consistently evolving world-class fitness experience, • Manage the studios’ athletics staff using the F45 Methodology and Athletic Programming, • Mindbody Reporting and Scheduling: Ensuring proper documentation of notes, injuries, staff alerts, and class scheduling Culture that Crushes It F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. A college degree in an exercise science-related field or any field does NOT exempt a coach or coach candidate from obtaining one of the required certifications. Furthermore, the fitness industry undergoes significant changes every year, and continuing education is a requirement for our professional coaches to ensure that they meet the industry's highest standards. Since college degrees do not require a recertification process or have an expiration date, F45 requires coaches to obtain an active NCCA Certification. A college degree in a fitness-related field is desirable, but not necessary for employment as a F45 coach.
