You’ll be:, • Performing basic fitting, drilling, and riveting operations using hand and pneumatic tools, • Assisting with aircraft part assembly under supervision while learning industry standards, • Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and specification sheets, • Aligning and assembling parts using fixtures, clamps, pins, and fasteners, • Ensuring all work meets quality and manufacturing requirements, • Gaining hands-on experience while working with decreasing supervision as skills improve, • Supporting general production tasks and maintaining a clean, safe work areaThis job might be an outstanding fit if you have:, • High School Diploma or GED, • Entry-level experience with strong mechanical aptitude, • Ability to read scales and perform basic shop math, • Basic understanding of blueprints, instructions, and technical documents, • Strong communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English), • Hands-on skills and attention to detail, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet deadlines, • Basic computer skills Preferred: • Enrollment in a Technical Aviation programAdditional Details:, • Location: Savannah, GA 31408, • Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift 4:00am - 2:30pm, • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform hands-on tasksWhat happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
