We’re looking for a Merchandising Specialist in our St. Louis office for our Retail Groups team, supporting some of the most recognized retail brands in the flooring industry, including Carpet One, Flooring America, and International Design Guild. Alongside great benefits and a collaborative, friendly work environment, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays. In this role, you will: • Own category-level analysis for hard surface programs, including product and program performance, category opportunities, and trend insights., • Maintain and manage Retail 2.0 planograms, ensuring assortments remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand and merchandising strategy., • Prepare business reviews, reporting, and data analysis that highlight sales trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making., • Partner cross-functionally to track active projects, improve timelines, identify efficiencies, and support planning through streamlined reporting and automation., • Support and maintain MembersNet internal portals, ensuring merchandising content is accurate, organized, and easy for members and internal teams to access., • Assist with convention preparation, including coordination of materials and PowerBuys organization., • Participate in weekly team meetings, conventions, and other merchandising-related meetings and initiatives as needed.Are you a match?
