Experience with some or all of the following: - Diagnostics using the latest diag. scanners (SNAP-ON) - Understanding of electrical diagrams - Air Conditioning, brakes, suspension and transmission repairs - Tire Installation and Wheel Alignments You must possess or be the following: NYS Inspectors License a plus A valid Driver's License and ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles Must have your own Tools Experience working on both Foreign and Domestic Cars

We are seeking an in-house general handyman to service eight residential properties (467 units) located in Midwood Brooklyn area. The candidate must have proven experience in basic painting, plumbing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate is a highly versatile tradesperson with strong hands-on skills and technical problem-solving abilities. Candidate should be proficient in use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Candidate must have a car for travel. This is stable, year-round work with a family-owned management company of 50+ years.

As a General Automotive/R&R Technician you will be called upon to service a broad range of vehicle repair issues and to quickly identify the cause of performance problems. Position Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems Remove and Reinstall Transmission systems.
