Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Service Electrician to join our Jacksonville team. This role focuses on service calls, warranty work, generator installations, and residential remodel/renovation projects. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with the ability to build strong partnerships with local businesses and contractors. Key Responsibilities • Perform electrical service & warranty calls with professionalism and efficiency, • Install, service, and troubleshoot standby generators, • Handle electrical scopes of work for remodel and renovation projects, • Troubleshoot & diagnose electrical issues, delivering timely, code-compliant solutions, • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, contractors, and community partners, • Provide estimates, invoicing, and recommendations for upgrades and improvements, • Maintain high standards of safety and clear communication on every job Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • Minimum 8 years of hands-on electrical experience, • Generator installation/servicing and remodel/renovation experience preferred, • Strong problem-solving skills with a “whatever it takes” mentality, • Comfortable building partnerships with local contractors and businesses, • Valid driver’s license required, • Compensation – Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for commissions and bonuses, • Paid Time Off – 9 paid holidays plus additional PTO accrual, • Technology & Tools – Access to the latest tools and field technology, • Professional Development – Ongoing training in electrical skills, customer service, and leadership development, • Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match, • Growth Opportunity – Be part of building the Jacksonville service department within a company with statewide reach
