Our culture is rooted in compassion, accountability, and professional growth. We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout NY. The Role: Where Learning Meets Impact As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you will directly support skill development and positive behavior change. You will be supported by experienced supervisors and receive ongoing guidance as you build your skills in the field. Sessions take place in client homes. Cases are assigned as close to your home as possible. After-school availability required, weekends a plus. What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect session data and document client progress Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule Be a part of a new community initiative launching this summer. Areas We Serve We support families throughout Queens, including but not limited to: Astoria Sunnyside Woodside Jamaica Flushing Corona Elmhurst Jackson Heights College Point Long Island City Ozone Park Kew Gardens Murray Hill Bayside Rockaway Beach Far Rockaway Queens Village Requirements Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to travel locally to client homes Preferred Experience Experience working with children in any setting such as childcare, education, psychology, or healthcare What We’re Looking For We are not just hiring for experience.
