Data in the real estate world is largely unconnected, however demand for this information continues to grow. Backpack verifies and tracks a wide breadth of important characteristics, from high level building data and construction plans to monthly utility consumption, HVAC equipment specifications, and Energy Star Portfolio Manager score upkeep. Centralizing this data enables seamless ESG reporting, decarbonization analysis, portfolio-level capital planning, and more. A core function within Backpack is the customer onboarding process, which includes the collection and verification of data. The Project Onboarding Coordinator will use analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written/oral communications skills to collect and verify information describing real estate assets, including Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Multifamily Housing.
