We are hiring a bilingual (Chinese/English) site assistant to support day-to-day coordination, admin tasks, and on-site execution. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and practical — ideal for someone reliable, organized, and willing to help wherever needed. Key Responsibilities 1. On-Site Support • Be present on-site to assist with daily tasks during construction and setup, • Help coordinate deliveries, vendors, and basic logistics, • Take photos/videos of site progress and report updates 2. Coordination & Communication • Assist with communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking teams, • Follow up with vendors, contractors, and staff on simple tasks, • Help track to-do lists and ensure items are completed 3. Admin & Reimbursement • Collect receipts, track expenses, and assist with reimbursements, • Organize invoices and basic records for accounting, • Input simple data into spreadsheets 4. Setup & Opening Prep • Help with organizing equipment, supplies, and workspace setup, • Assist with testing systems (check-in, booking, etc.), • Support staff onboarding and training logistics 5.
