Job Description The Facilities Management Technician (Maintenance) supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Monell Chemical Senses Center through routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities. This hands-on role ensures that facilities, infrastructure, and building systems are properly maintained to support scientific research, administrative operations, and institutional activities. The Facilities Management Technician works collaboratively with Facilities Management leadership, colleagues, and external vendors to address maintenance needs, respond to service requests, and uphold institutional standards for safety, compliance, and service excellence.
