Job Description Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Manager of Emergency Services (ER RN) for a top healthcare client in Independence, MO. The ER Clinical Manager provides leadership and oversight for the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while managing daily operations, staffing, and compliance. This role is key to maintaining excellence in patient safety, team engagement, and operational performance, serving as both a clinical expert and departmental leader. Job Responsibilities • Oversee all clinical, operational, and administrative functions of the Emergency Department., • Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, charge nurses, and support personnel., • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices for emergency care., • Develop and monitor departmental budgets, staffing models, and financial performance., • Facilitate collaboration with physicians, staff, and hospital leadership to enhance quality of care and patient satisfaction., • Manage staff hiring, orientation, evaluations, and professional development., • Conduct ongoing assessments of departmental performance and implement process improvements.
