Position Summary: The VIP & Special Events Manager is responsible for developing and retaining Revo’s highest-value guests while leading the execution of VIP-focused promotions and special events. This role exists to ensure that ideas turn into well-run, engaging, on-property experiences — not just concepts. The role blends guest development, event execution, and on-floor leadership. It is designed for someone who can connect with VIP guests, organize moving parts, and take ownership of game-day execution. Essential Responsibilities: • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing new member sign-ups., • Support the development and implementation of strategies to attract new members., • Assist in creating content for promotional campaigns, and giveaways., • Ensure consistency and alignment of promotional content with overall marketing goals., • Assist in facilitating events and promotions to drive member engagement and sign-ups., • Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media accounts, and online advertising., • Handle administrative tasks such as team member scheduling, preparing agendas, and maintaining certain files., • Other duties assigned Position Qualifications: • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred., • Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments., • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms., • Enthusiasm for the casino and gaming industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends., • Must have the ability to lift 25-30 pounds. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, maybe exposed to secondhand smoke except and varied light levels, including flashing lights.
