We are recognized as a one of the top 300 nationwide commercial printers offering direct mail and marketing services. 1Vision is seeking a motivated and results-driven Promotional Products Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll sell custom-branded merchandise to businesses for marketing campaigns, trade shows, corporate gifts, and employee programs. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for helping brands stand out. • Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals, • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, • Recommend promotional product solutions that align with client goals, • Prepare and deliver quotes, product presentations, and proposals, • Negotiate pricing and close sales, • Coordinate with suppliers to source and fulfill client orders, • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in promotional products or B2B sales, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset, • Familiarity with ASI, SAGE, or other promotional product platforms a plus, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Benefits • [Base salary + commission / Commission-only / Bonus opportunities], • Flexible schedule and remote work options (if applicable), • Opportunities for career advancement, • Training and support provided, • Fun, creative, and collaborative team culture Schedule • Monday to Friday, • Occasional evenings/weekends for events or client needs (if applicable) Work Location • [In-person / Hybrid / Fully Remote], • Travel may be required for trade shows or client meetings Benefits- following a wait period of 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, • 401(k) with 15% company match on employee contribution, • Medical & Dental insurance, • Long term disability insurance, • Employer paid life insurance, • Paid Vacation We are an equal opportunity employer.
