This base salary + commission role is ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Best of all, you don't have to compete with other sales reps, meaning every sale you earn a commission. What You’ll Do as a Used Car Sales Associate • Foster a culture focused on Safety First and Environmental Stewardship, • Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service, • Manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot, • Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners, • Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections, • Process car titles and ensure compliance with all documentation standards, • Meet individual and team sales goals, • Maintain facility cleanliness and organization, • Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards, • Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays), • Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks. What You Bring as a Used Car Sales Associate • Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles, • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills, • Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes, • Basic automotive and mechanical understanding, • Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, • Reliable transportation Preferred: • Experience managing a used car lot, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) About Us Pull-A-Part, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a national leader in the do-it-yourself used auto parts and automotive recycling industry.
