Responsibilities: • Generate sales leads and convert them into policies., • Write and issue a minimum of 100 policies within 6 months or 200 policies annually to maintain position., • Attend mandatory training sessions 2-3 times a week (unless otherwise instructed by agent)., • Participate in one-on-one training sessions as needed., • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations., • Maintain professionalism during customer interactions, minimizing background noise during phone calls., • Adhere to ethical sales practices, avoiding any form of manipulation or misrepresentation., • Ensure accuracy and integrity in all policy documentation and customer communications., • Meet bonus eligibility criteria by achieving specified milestones and targets.Commission Structure: Tier 1: • Property & Casualty (P&C): 5%, • Term Life: 10%, • Permanent Life: 12%, • Health: 12%Tier 2 (20 issued policies, 2 of which must be life):, • P&C: 10%, • Term Life: 20%, • Permanent Life: 25%, • Health: 20%Commission is only paid on issued policies. Bonuses: • $500 bonus for 5 issued life policies, • $800 bonus for 10 issued life policies, • $500 bonus for 35 issued policies, • $1000 bonus for 50+ issued policiesAll family and friends that you write to achieve bonuses must keep policies in place for 1 year. If they do not keep them in force for at least 1 year, the commission that was paid out to you will be returned to the agent. Qualifications: • Previous insurance experience., • Currently hold Property/Casualty & Life/Health licenses., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently., • Familiarity with insurance products is an advantage.
