Job Description Role overview The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of a Proven Poke location in compliance with our policies and procedures, including: * Providing superb customer service, including addressing complaints and resolving issues * Ensuring excellent food quality, including inventory management and food preparation * Managing a full staff of shift leaders and team members, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; and rewarding and disciplining employees The Restaurant Manager reports directly to the Company Owners and Ops Manager.
