Job Description Job Title: Machine Operator Duration: 3 Months (Possibility of extension) Location: 970 US Rt. 11, Kirkwood, NY 13795 Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime on Saturdays 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Payrate: $19/hr on W2 without benefits Summary: • Previous machine operator experience, • Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, • Fast pace environment, • Basic math and able to read measurements Overview • Reads and interprets blue prints to select, position and secure machinery, • Works under immediate supervision, • Multi tasker with good organizational skills for managing stock and/or specials, • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, • Other duties as assigned Knowledge / Skill / Abilities • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, bending, twisting, stooping, excellent dexterity, • Must work at a fast pace where it is physically demanding, • Strong eye/hand coordination.
