Job Description Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst (Contract – Immediate Need) Location: Austin, Texas (On-site or Hybrid, depending on client needs) Employment Type: Contract (Project-based) Start Date: Immediate Overview: We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support our client in Austin, Texas with an urgent project need. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in full-cycle accounts receivable—from invoice creation to customer payment collections—and be ready to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner, • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up proactively on past-due accounts, • Manage collections activities via email, phone, and customer portals, • Apply payments and reconcile AR accounts, • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer inquiries, • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth AR operations, • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions, • Prepare AR aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting Qualifications: • 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounts receivable, • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and NetSuite ERP systems highly preferred, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Experience with B2B collections a plus Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience

Job Description The Billing System Configuration Analyst supports Natera's insurance billing processes & systems configuration. This high-growth role will collaborate with cross-functional resources such as Finance, IT, and Engineering on a number of process improvement initiatives, with a focus on enhancing & automating key Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, while also functioning as a key member of all reimbursement related functions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Configure and maintain billing system parameters (rules, logic, coding etc.) to ensure accurate and timely billing of products and services., • Monitor and analyze current billing system processes & performance to identify and correct errors., • Implement strategies for continuous process & quality improvements of billing system and ancillary applications., • Update and maintain documentation of billing system configuration and standard operating procedures (SOPs)., • Provide technical support and systems administration for billing system users; troubleshooting complex problems and recommend solutions., • Prepare timely updates and progress reports to leadership & executives., • Collaborate with team members on billing processes to ensure the accurate and timely billing of products and services., • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to revenue cycle management and claims denial processes, • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job., • Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR equivalent years of experience required., • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in data analytics, health sciences, health insurance, healthcare billing/claims, and/or systems administration., • Minimum of 5 years of experience healthcare service provider revenue cycle management (RCM)., • Demonstrated commitment, self-motivation, and a strong drive to succeed., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competing deadline-driven environment., • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, • Basic proficiency with SQL to write queries., • Experience with genetic testing or laboratory diagnostics, a plus., • Experience with enterprise-level billing & configuration systems, administration, and/or ERPs, a plus., • Experience with Patient Management (PM) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, a plus., • Experience with AdvancedMD, a plus., • Experience with Power BI and/or Snowflake, a plus., • Experience in Atlassian Jira and/or Confluence, a plus. #LI-AB1 The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. Job DescriptionSalary: WIND ENERGY TRANSMISSION TEXAS, LLC JOB POSTING CONTRACT ANALYST The Contract Analyst will assist with the development of new contracts, amend existing agreements, and monitor corporate and regulatory compliance conditions. The position will report to the Sr. Contract Manager. Essential Job Functions Include: • Investigates and follows-through on contract issues., • Drafts, reviews and negotiates contracts to attain achievable risk levels., • Manages portfolio of company internal records of vendor contracts, financial institution communications, high-level construction schedules, periodic invoicing status and report generation to executive level management., • Tracks key milestones for reporting purposes involving contract payments, construction initiation, general progress, and end dates., • Presents the interrelated status of the portfolio of all ongoing construction or regulatory related projects from time to time., • Initiates and maintains annual compliance review results involving key contracts and resolve any applicable discrepancies., • Prepares and presents reports by gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data regarding financial status, major schedule issues, contract status and deviations from Company expected performance guidelines., • Works with outside counsel and external and internal stakeholders to prepare and amend contracts for execution., • Supports negotiations of contract terms and conditions and documents variances from Company standard practices, including the use of non-routine terms and conditions for future reference., • Maintains archive of contracts, as amended; maintains amendment version controls, correspondence, etc. throughout contract life cycle., • Coordinates and interfaces with internal and external resources, acting as a liaison between the Company and various ERCOT entities, engineering and construction firms, industrial suppliers, consultants, and legal and regulatory resources., • Assists as needed with process planning and administration of new projects., • Manage and update contract records within the Companys contract management system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy., • Assists with regulatory filings and documentation, • Performs other duties as assigned.
