We provide three primary service categories: Web Development & Digital Solutions Custom websites, redesigns, e-commerce, landing pages, website maintenance, SEO-focused development, and digital business solutions. AI Solutions & Automation AI-powered customer engagement, lead automation, workflow automation, voice AI, CRM integrations, business process automation, and custom AI solutions. Networking & IT Solutions Business networking, technology infrastructure, IT support, system setup, consulting, connectivity, and related technical services. Our primary target market includes small and midsize businesses throughout Long Island, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, Staten Island, Yonkers, and Westchester County, with the ability to pursue qualified businesses outside New York as well. The Opportunity This role is designed for independent sales professionals who want the freedom to build their own pipeline and earn based directly on results. You may generate business through methods such as: • B2B cold calling, • Email outreach, • LinkedIn prospecting, • Networking and referrals, • Local business outreach, • Door-to-door B2B prospecting, • Existing professional relationships, • Independent lead generation Kingdom Design House may also make prospect lists, CRM resources, marketing material, service information, and sales collateral available to support your efforts. Commission Structure This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. There is: • No base salary., • No hourly wage., • No guaranteed commission., • No guaranteed number of leads or sales., • No employee benefits. Compensation is earned from qualifying customer revenue generated by the contractor. Level 1 – Sales Representative 15% of qualifying collected project revenue. Applies to the contractor's first three successfully closed and paid client accounts. Example: $5,000 collected project revenue 15% commission = $750 Level 2 – Sales Producer 17.5% of qualifying collected project revenue after three successfully closed and paid client accounts. Example: $6,300 collected project revenue 17.5% commission = $1,102.50 Level 3 – Senior Sales Producer 20% of qualifying collected project revenue after nine successfully closed and paid client accounts. Example: $9,200 collected project revenue 20% commission = $1,840 Higher commission levels apply to qualifying future sales after the threshold has been reached unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring Revenue Opportunity For eligible recurring service plans originated by the contractor: 5% residual commission for the first six collected monthly payments. Example: $500 monthly service agreement 5% = $25 per month Six months = $150 additional commission Customer Financing Kingdom Design House may offer customers installment or financing arrangements. Commission is paid based upon revenue actually collected, rather than the entire contract amount being paid to the contractor upfront. Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is hiring a full-time Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. As we continue to scale our CPG business across retail channels nationwide, this role is critical to ensuring our products move efficiently, on time, and on budget from our production facility to distributors, retail partners, and DTC fulfillment centers. Beyond freight, this role owns CPG inventory management end to end, weeks of supply (WOS) tracking, on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance at retailers, and inventory transfers across our 3PL network and supports our scoop shop business through 3PL inventory management, intercompany freight coordination, and logistics cost management and controls. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of operations, vendor management, and customer service. You'll work closely with our production, sales, and finance teams to coordinate domestic freight movements, manage carrier relationships, manage inventory health across our distributor and 3PL network, and help build the logistics infrastructure that supports Van Leeuwen's next stage of growth. This role will be based out of our Bronx office and follow Van Leeuwen's Hybrid work model and be in office at least two to three days a week. Job Responsibilities • CPG Inventory Management, • Own CPG finished goods inventory visibility and accuracy across the network — production facility, 3PL warehouses, distributors, and DTC fulfillment centers, • Manage weeks of supply (WOS) by SKU and location at distributors and retailers, monitoring sell-through and flagging out-of-stock and overstock risks before they impact service or margin, • Plan and execute inventory transfers between 3PL warehouses, distributors, and fulfillment centers to balance stock, meet demand, and minimize freight and storage costs, • Reconcile 3PL and WMS inventory records against the ERP, investigating discrepancies, shrink, and damaged or short-dated product and driving root-cause resolution, • Report inventory KPIs (WOS, fill rate, inventory accuracy, aging) on a weekly cadence with clear recommendations for rebalancing or replenishment, • Freight & Transportation Management, • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements across LTL, FTL, and refrigerated transport for CPG retail and distributor accounts, • Book and manage shipments with carriers and 3PL partners, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery, • Track shipments in real time and proactively communicate delays or disruptions to internal stakeholders and retail partners, • Manage freight claims from initiation to resolution, including documentation and carrier follow-up, • Ensure all shipments meet temperature and cold chain compliance standards required for frozen CPG products, • Distributor & Retail Compliance, • Coordinate order fulfillment for key retail accounts (grocery, natural, club, and specialty channels), ensuring compliance with retailer routing guides and vendor requirements, • Manage ASN creation and EDI coordination with retail partners and distributors, • Monitor and reduce chargebacks and deductions related to logistics non-compliance, • Manage OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance at retail partners — monitor retailer scorecards, perform root-cause analysis on misses, and implement corrective actions to minimize fines and protect vendor standing, • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retailer-specific routing, labeling, and scheduling requirements, • Vendor & Carrier Relations, • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners, • Solicit and evaluate freight quotes, supporting cost optimization across the supply chain, • Assist in identifying and onboarding new logistics partners as the network scales, • Scoop Shop Supply Chain Support, • Manage 3PL inventory and weeks of supply (WOS) for the scoop shop business, ensuring product availability for shops while minimizing excess, aged, and short-dated stock, • Coordinate intercompany freight between production facilities, 3PL warehouses, and scoop shop distribution points, ensuring on-time, temperature-compliant, and cost-effective deliveries, • Own cost management and controls for scoop shop logistics — track freight and storage spend against budget, audit carrier and 3PL invoices, flag variances, and identify savings opportunities, • Support intercompany inventory transfers and reconciliation between the CPG and scoop shop businesses, ensuring accurate intercompany records in the ERP, • Operations & Reporting, • Maintain accurate records of all shipments, freight costs, and carrier performance in TMS and ERP systems, • Generate regular freight spend and performance reports, identifying trends and cost-saving opportunities, • Collaborate with production and inventory planning teams to align shipment scheduling with production output and inventory availability, • Support month-end close by reconciling freight invoices and accruals Job Requirements • 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, inventory management, or supply chain, preferably within CPG, food & beverage, or perishable goods, • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred, • Familiarity with LTL, FTL, and refrigerated freight operations, • Experience working with distributors and retail accounts (UNFI, KeHE, DPI, or similar a plus), • Working knowledge of routing guides, EDI, and ASN processes, • Proficiency in TMS, ERP, or WMS platforms; Based in New York City, this role will report into the Senior Manager, Tax, in Copenhagen. The Manager of Tax will be a key member of the tax team, responsible for the day-to-day operations, including the accuracy and timeliness of compliance and tax reporting matters. This position will support direct and indirect tax compliance and tax accounting matters for Joe & The Juice's US and global operations. The role will partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to support them with all tax related matters. The role interfaces with partners across the organization, including the Accounting, Treasury, HR, Finance, Real estate & Growth and Legal teams to optimize existing processes, solve business challenges, design new workflows, and implement new technology solutions to drive efficient and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with third party advisors. About the Gallery We are a young, independent storefront contemporary art gallery in Brooklyn, presenting photography and contemporary artwork through exhibitions, artist programming and public events. We have already established the physical gallery, exhibition program and growing roster of artists.
