Job Description This role is based in our in-person office located off Luna Road in Farmers Branch. All interviews for this position will be conducted in person in the office beginning Weds 1/21/2026. The Head of Revenue & Finance Operations owns all revenue flow, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and payouts across the platform. This role is accountable for ensuring money is billed correctly, collected on time, and distributed accurately. This role also leads the Finance VA team (4 people) and sets clear processes, controls, and performance standards. The position reports directly to the CEO and operates with high trust, authority, and accountability. This is not a CFO role and does not include fundraising, tax strategy, or investor relations. Core Ownership Areas Accounts Receivable (AR) Ownership • Own the full AR process from invoice creation to payment receipt, • Track all client balances, due dates, and payment status, • Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), • Escalate and enforce collections for overdue accounts, • Maintain clear AR aging reports for the CEO Billing & Client Setup • Approve and oversee billing setup for every client, • Ensure pricing, payment terms, and invoicing align with contracts, • Partner with Sales to launch new offerings with correct billing logic, • Prevent billing errors, under billing, or revenue leakage Collections & Payment Enforcement • Lead client payment follow-ups, primarily with U.S. clients, • Set and enforce standardized collection workflows, • Recommend and execute service pauses for non-paying clients, • Coordinate with Operations to pause or resume services cleanly Bi-Weekly Payouts & Cash Flow • Own all bi-weekly payout cycles, • Ensure sufficient cash is available before payouts run, • Approve payout files and resolve exceptions, • Protect worker trust through timely and accurate payments Finance Team Leadership (4-Person VA Team) • Directly manage the Finance VA team, • Assign AR, billing, and payout responsibilities, • Set clear SOPs, KPIs, and quality standards, • Review work for accuracy and completeness, • Coach and up skill the team as processes evolve Financial Controls & CEO Reporting • Maintain strong approval workflows and audit trails, • Report weekly and monthly on:, • Revenue collected, • Outstanding AR, • Cash position, • Risk accounts, • Flag issues early and propose solutions Decision Authority This role is authorized to: • Approve client billing and AR workflows, • Direct collection actions, • Pause services for non-payment per policy, • Approve bi-weekly payout runs, • Direct Finance VA priorities and workload, • Escalate financial risks directly to the CEO Success Metrics • DSO reduction, • % of clients paying on time, • AR accuracy and aging clarity, • On-time payout rate, • Zero unapproved revenue leakage, • Finance VA team performance Required Experience & Skills • 5+ years in revenue operations, AR, or finance operations, • Proven experience owning AR and collections, • Experience managing offshore or VA teams, • Strong understanding of U.S. client billing and payment norms, • High attention to detail and process discipline, • Comfortable reporting directly to the CEO Why This Role Is Critical This role ensures: • Cash comes in before cash goes out, • Clients follow payment rules, • Workers are paid on time As we scale, financial operations accuracy and cash flow discipline are mission-critical.
