Job DescriptionAssociate Attorney - Family Law About: We are a leading family law firm in Texas and are seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our Dallas office. What You'll Do: • Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division, • Manage your own docket with support from experienced mentors, • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials, • Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes, • Licensed to practice law in Texas, • Minimum 1 year of experience in family law or related litigation, • Strong understanding of the Texas Family Code and Rules of Civil Procedure, • Courtroom confidence and excellent communication skills, • Tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, • Quarterly Bonus, • Health, • Dental, • Vision, • PTO, • 401K Match - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
