Job DescriptionAssociate Attorney Job Title: Associate Attorney Location: Dallas, TX Salary: $100,000 - $250,000 A nationally recognized plaintiffs' side litigation firm is seeking an attorney to lead the management of a docket of toxic tort products liability cases, specifically involving asbestos claims. This is a high-responsibility position for a self-motivated litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to handle complex, multi-state litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in toxic torts, with a preference for experience with asbestos.
