Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed platform actively consolidating and scaling a portfolio of professional services firms across the eastern United States. With a central corporate hub in the Southeast and studio locations across New York, the Midwest, and Florida — with further expansion underway — the business is moving fast and growing faster. As the pace of acquisitions intensifies, the demand for consistent, disciplined operational leadership across studio locations has risen to the top of the agenda. This is a newly created, platform-wide role with direct visibility at the executive level. Our client is looking for an operationally driven leader who thrives on building performance culture, maintaining accountability, and delivering results across a dynamic, multi-site professional services environment. The Role The Multi-Site Operations Leader acts as the critical link between back-office leadership and individual studio teams across the platform. Consider this a high-impact, regional operations position overseeing four to six divisions — a role that brings structure, clarity, and accountability to a fast-paced, founder-led organisation. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that every studio operates in line with platform standards, achieves key performance targets, and integrates seamlessly into the broader organisational framework. What You'll Do • Serve as a two-way conduit between studio leaders and back-office leadership — gathering field insights and communicating platform expectations, • Attend and audit studio sales and production meetings to ensure meeting formats and data capture standards are met, • Drive annual budget submissions by the January 10th platform deadline, • Hold studio leadership teams accountable to the platform's core performance metrics: trailing 90-day pipeline, backlog, and projected 3-month Net Service Revenue (NSR), • Monitor studio financial performance and adherence to approved annual budgets, • Build trust with studio leaders while holding firm to platform standards and expectations, • Conduct bi-weekly one-on-ones with Studio Leadership and Studio Integrators, • Educate and support studio teams on the proper use of platform technology, systems, and people processes, • Ensure quarterly Professional Development Plans (PDPs) are completed on time for all required team members, • Enforce $0 booking variance through accurate, timely data entry across CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems Location & Travel This is a hybrid role based in one of the following locations: Lafayette, LA; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; or New Orleans, LA. Approximately 10% travel is expected for studio visits and leadership alignment. Requirements Required: • Multi-site operational leadership experience — you've managed across locations or divisions, not just a single team, • Bachelor's degree, • CRM/systems experience and comfort holding others accountable to data standards, • Strong financial fluency: pipeline, backlog, forecasting, and budget management, • Background in professional services (architecture, consulting, AEC, engineering, staffing, or similar), • Experience in a PE-backed or multi-unit platform environment Benefits • Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience), • Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to metric attainment, booking variance, and budget adherence, • Benefits: 401(k), healthcare, competitive PTO and paid holidays Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
