Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of all stores within your assigned region, ensuring service quality, revenue growth, cost control, and profit targets are met., • Lead and coach store managers to implement corporate SOPs, promoting operational consistency and service excellence across all locations., • Support the opening of new stores—including site evaluation, staffing plans, and pre-opening training—to accelerate regional growth and brand replication., • Coordinate with HQ departments including Brand/Marketing, Finance, and HR to align resources, execute initiatives, and resolve cross-functional issues efficiently., • Manage emergency scenarios such as employee disputes, health & safety incidents, or PR crises, and take ownership of handling escalated customer complaints with structured resolutions.Qualifications, • A genuine passion for the food & beverage industry and a long-term commitment to growing within the restaurant business., • Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple locations in a Chinese cuisine chain or American fast-casual brand; strong understanding of multi-unit operations and SOP systems., • Proven leadership in team development, staff motivation, P&L management, and operational problem-solving., • Proficient in using operational analysis tools such as Google Sheets, POS systems, and labor scheduling platforms; strong data sensitivity and logical thinking., • Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required., • Familiarity with local market dynamics in New York City neighborhoods such as Flushing, Brooklyn, and Manhattan is highly preferred., • Must have legal work authorization and be able to report taxes.* 区域经理 岗位职责 l 全面负责所辖区域内门店的日常运营管理,确保服务品质、营收增长、成本控制与利润达标; l 指导各门店店长团队落实总部SOP标准,推进运营制度化、服务标准化; l 协助新门店筹备工作(选址评估、招聘配置、前期培训等),推动区域快速复制; l 主动对接总部品牌、财务、人事等部门,协调资源落地、推动项目进展; l 管控门店突发事件(如人事冲突、卫生突发、媒体舆情等),处理升级顾客投诉并输出处理标准。 任职资格 • 热爱餐饮行业,愿意在餐饮行业深耕,渴望成长为公司管理骨干。, • 2年以上连锁中餐或美式快餐品牌的区域管理经验,熟悉多门店运作模型与SOP体系;, • 具备良好的团队建设、人员激励、门店营收与成本管控能力;, • 熟练使用营运分析工具(如Google Sheet、POS后台、排班系统等),对数据敏感、逻辑清晰;, • 中英文流利;, • 熟悉纽约本地商业环境者优先考虑(如法拉盛、布鲁克林、曼哈顿等区域);, • 有合法工作身份、可报税。
