Roles & Responsibilities: * Oversee campaign execution for specific influencer marketing campaigns * Sit within a team of client service individuals who support each other on campaign execution * Take on client facing ownership and responsibilities alongside the Account Director and Senior Account Director to help drive consistent client communication and success in post sale * Join, lead, and support on key client meetings * Managing & working collaboratively to support new business and upsell opportunities with the client * Support in achieving and exceeding monthly client and business KPI targets * Lead influencer contract negotiations and management * Support the Account Director in budget management, forecasting and tracking project cash flow, campaign spending, and cost of serviceLead development of Post Campaign Analysis reports & present to the client in partnership with Insights & Measurement Team * Continuously focus on best in class client service and output of work for our partner What you will need: * 5+ years working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing and/or talent marketing * Experience in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media and working within a revenue organization * Experience working with food & beverage brands, including QSR * Experience identifying and sourcing creator talent * Experience negotiating contracts with creators, agents, managers and/or attorneys * Experience scoping and planning content calendar based on creator rates and client KPIs * Experience in creator and/or creator agency outreach * Experience executing campaigns across many of the social platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest and Snap * Experience working on multiple campaign responsibilities and projects simultaneously * Experience in delivering post-campaign analysis presentation and reports * Experience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment terms * Experience in revenue recognition systems and processes * You are commercially aware, detail-oriented, organized, confident, polished, dynamic and communicate exceptionally well * Very comfortable with spreadsheets, numbers and data analysis * You are extremely comfortable leading client calls, presentations and conversations * You are nimble, forward thinking, strategic and comfortable with ambiguity * You are positive, collaborative and exude leadership qualities * Experience and knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus * Experience with designing decks is a plus A few of our core benefits: * Medical Benefits through Insperity * Wellbeing support including EAP & Mental Health cover * 401K with match opportunity * 22 days of Paid Time Off (+ Federal Holidays which can be flexed to your needs) For more information on our benefits, perks and what makes us unique, please visit our website here At Influencer, we’re committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion. Title: Accountant (Varying levels) Reports To: Director of Accounting, Pod Lead Location: Remote (In person meetings as needed) Role overview: Accountants are responsible for delivering value and accounting services to clients from Propeller's portfolio of fast-growing consumer brand, technology and food & beverage companies. The role offers growth and exposure across several industries. Accountants collaborate and are supported by our Accounting and Finance Directors, as well as others at Propeller, to manage client relationships, oversee the preparation of monthly financial reporting, and develop and implement accounting policies, procedures and controls for our clients. Responsibilities: Accounting & Reporting • Lead month-end close process for a portfolio of clients, working with a team of international accountants to complete reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules as needed, • Prepare monthly financial statements including trend and variance analysis, • Own general accounting processes, including streamlining workflow and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables, • Increase efficiency and document complex accounting processes with clients, including internal processes and controls, • Prepare federal, state and local tax and compliance filings such as: 1099s, Delaware Franchise, 3921s, etc., • Actively engage with clients to deliver high quality service to a portfolio of clients in multiple industries, • Partner with Propeller Directors/CFOs to manage client relationships, • Operational accounting experience; multi-client experience required, • Proactive communicator with problem solving and organizational skills, • An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, • A passion for supporting start-up companies, learning and driving process improvements, • Experience with full close-cycle accounting, • Experienced in QBO or Netsuite, • Working knowledge of inventory management and/or revenue recognition, • Advanced Excel knowledge Current Benefits Offered: Generous Paid Time Off and Holiday pay, Comprehensive health benefits plus dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance.
