Responsibilities: • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members., • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications., • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records., • Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions., • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs., • Previous experience in similar role and duties ( Dentist, Doctor, and Accounting firms)., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities., • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations., • Absolutely: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish no exceptions please., • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems., • Must be energetic, outgoing, and able to set and followup on appoitments.
