The Opportunity As Peak's Market Growth Lead in San Francisco, you'll be responsible for launching, building, and owning our presence across the city and greater Bay Area. This is far more than a sales role—you're creating a market and establishing Peak as the platform that SF's top restaurants trust. You'll lead the entire sales cycle: identifying high-value targets, meeting operators across the city, driving demos, negotiating partnerships, and closing deals. If you understand the Bay Area's hospitality landscape and thrive in entrepreneurial environments, this role gives you autonomy, influence, and meaningful upside. What You'll Do * Build Peak's San Francisco footprint from day one, focusing on high-value full-service restaurants * Own the full sales cycle—prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close * Spend 5 days a week in the field, meeting owners, GMs, and decision-makers * Develop strong relationships across independent restaurants and hospitality groups * Hit and exceed sales goals, maintaining a clean pipeline in HubSpot * Design strategic territory plans tailored to SF's neighborhoods and operator landscape What We're Looking For Required * 4+ years of B2B sales experience with a record of exceeding quota * Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry * Knowledge of the San Francisco/Bay Area market strongly preferred; relationships with operators are a major plus * Hunter mindset—skilled in prospecting and closing new business * Self-starter comfortable building from zero * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar) * Results-oriented and motivated by targets Ideal Candidate * SaaS or tech sales experience within restaurants, hospitality, or retail * Deep familiarity with SF's dining landscape—from Michelin-starred fine dining to neighborhood gems * Experience opening new territories or markets * A network within Bay Area hospitality groups or independent operators Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 * Uncapped Commission, with realistic first-year OTE of $160,000 – $190,000+ * Expense account for client meetings and in-city travel * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) plan * Flexible schedule—you run your territory your way * Opportunity to build the SF market from the ground up * Ground-floor role supported by leading hospitality partners Why This Role? * Autonomy: You're defining the playbook for San Francisco. * Unlimited earning potential: The more you sell, the more you earn. * Meaningful impact: Peak solves real operational and guest-experience challenges. * Incredible food: Your work takes you to some of SF's most exciting restaurants. * Career growth: As our Bay Area presence expands, leadership opportunities follow.
