Job DescriptionSalary: The Client Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Boomer Consultings client communities, events, and onsite meeting operations. This role is responsible for community coordination, provides backup support for the Plaza meeting space, and serves as the Summit Conference Execution Lead for Boomer Consultings largest annual conference. This position is focused on execution, coordination, and delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while supporting complex events and client experiences in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of onsite and remote work. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative approach to working across teams. Roles & Responsibiies Community Management & Client Service Support • Support the execution of community strategies in partnership with the Member Experience Strategist, • Execute and coordinate community member onboarding, offboarding, renewals, and benefit fulfillment, • Maintain accurate member records across internal systems, • Prepare and review agendas, presentations, and meeting materials for consistency and quality, • Coordinate meeting logistics, timelines, and follow-up actions across multiple communities, • Track and coordinate tasks, deadlines, and deliverables using Asana, • Coordinate networking events, dinners, and community activities, • Build, distribute, and analyze evaluations; summarize feedback and action items, • Track member experience KPIs, including NPS, retention, and engagement insights, • Support MS Teams communities, responding to questions and sharing information, • Ensure client and service information is consistent with branding and marketing standards, • Execute on speaker logistics, including communications, deadlines, bio and headshot collection, slide submission, and travel coordination, • Execute attendee communications, including confirmations, pre-event messaging, and special accommodations, • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure materials, branding, and logistics are ready for delivery, • Serve as the onsite execution resources during Summit, managing day-of logistics, issue resolution, and event flow, • Coordinate post-event evaluations, documentation, and follow-up tasks to support continuous improvement, • Assist with onsite meeting setup, room configuration, and cleanup, • Coordinate onsite food and beverage for community meetings, • Provide backup support for other onsite meetings and events as needed, • Ensure printed materials, name tags, and supplies are prepared and available, • Receive training on basic AV and technology troubleshooting, • Serve as backup support for Plaza meeting space inquiries and property tours when the primary coordinator is unavailable, • Support general onsite logistics to ensure a high-quality client experience Experience & Education Requirements • Bachelors Degree in business administration, office administration, or related fiel,d or associate degrees with relevant experience, • Minimum of 2-3years of Client Service or administrative assistant experience.
