The role includes a variety of responsibilities, such as: • Engage with online and showroom customers to provide an exceptional car buying experience, • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the entire sales process, • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective communication and follow-up, • Collaborate with management and team members to maximize performance and customer satisfaction, • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to grow your earning potentialPay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.90, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. Most earn between $4,000 and $11,000 each month, with even higher earnings during record-breaking sales periods.
