ENTRY LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field preferred. 3+ years’ experience in a related field assisting people with obtaining permanent housing can replace degree requirement. Must have at least two years’ experience working in a related field such as homelessness or housing. · Must have working knowledge and insight into NYC housing resources including experience helping people find affordable housing and working with different NYC and NY State agencies and programs the facilitate permanent housing goals. · Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
