Job Description Job Title: Nightlife General Manager Concept Type: High-Volume, Multi-Level Entertainment Venue Location: Philadelphia, PA Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 We are a dynamic and inclusive multi-level entertainment venue, celebrated for our vibrant atmosphere and diverse programming. Job Qualifications • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume nightlife, bar, or restaurant setting., • A proven track record of successfully managing large teams and overseeing multi-faceted operations., • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control., • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop staff., • A deep understanding of the local nightlife scene and entertainment trends in Philadelphia, PA., • Must be a hands-on leader, willing to be actively present on the floor during peak hours., • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Job Responsibilities The Nightlife General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the venue's late-night operations, ensuring a seamless and high-energy guest experience.
