WHO WE ARE Center for Family Life in Sunset Park (CFL) (), is a nationally recognized social service organization. CFL's mission is to promote positive outcomes for children and adults in Sunset Park, Brooklyn by providing a comprehensive range of neighborhood-based family and social services. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION This is an excellent position for someone who wants to develop their career in social work or counseling while working with families and schools. This is a new position in the School-Based Early Support Program, a new preventive services model that enhances school-based partnerships. The Community Pathways Worker provides services to 8 families at a time across four different partner schools in Brooklyn School District (15 or 20) focused on case management and referrals to needed resources. The Community Pathways worker will also work with the School Outreach Liaison to implement the Families and Schools Together (FAST) program. I.
