Bayou City Luxe is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Runner & Maintenance Support to assist in the daily upkeep of multiple rental properties. This part-time role plays a crucial part in supporting both our cleaning and maintenance teams by handling trash management, laundry services, supply restocking, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with light work orders and general property upkeep. The Role As an Assistant Community Manager at our Mera Rhodes Ranch community, you will support the management and daily operations at one of our 55+ Active Adult communities. Reporting to the Community Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to help us achieve our mission of building community. Job Description Responsibilities Mainly, Cutting and Threading pipe. Cleaning yard and helping lift operators Will also include moving material (pipe) with lifts / forklifts, and/or pulling orders, boxing, packing or crating parts for shipment. Labeling and preparing shipping documents, unloading, or loading trucks (physically demanding job - needs to be able to lift to 50 lbs. consistently), verifying freight and shipping documents, verifying quantities, and other general warehouse / order pulling / shipping and receiving duties.
