Job Description Outside Sales Associate — Copiers, MFD’s, Document workflow Solutions & Managed Services Company: Professional Plotter Technology Corp (PlotterPro Solutions) Tagline: “intelligent future ready business Equipment and workflow solutions” Location: Austin / Central Texas (Field-based) Type: Full-time Compensation: Pay is earned, not given. Competitive base ranging from $45-$55K + uncapped commission + performance accelerators. TOC is $100-$180K annually. Signing bonus is your coming from a competitor and bringing your leads. We are seeking a High level sales representative to promote their extensive line of products to all industries within the Austin, Texas territory (see Territory information in “Key Points" below). The company has an extensive line of IT products, services and software from HP, Canon, Epson, Xerox, and all other major manufacturers. You will have a seasoned team, and a strong product development infrastructure with tons of leads and support. We’re PlotterPro Solutions, a high-growth AI frontier office and workplace equipment technology and managed services provider with a bold plan to scale fast by building a structured outbound team. Now we’re hiring a rare breed: an Outside Sales AE who wants the grit of field selling plus the advantage of modern tools, automation, and AI agents. You’ll be in front of real decision-makers selling: • Advanced business & office technology and digital imaging solutions. Specializing in digital imaging equipment, Service, Supplies and document workflow solutions., • Managed Print Services (MPS) + printing, coping, scanning & imaging equipment, • Document workflow + automation, • AI and Agents, • Microsoft Copilot solutions and modern productivity stacks You’ll be AI-augmented from Day 1 Most companies talk about AI. We’re building the operating system for it. We are actively implementing an AI-driven model where sales is supported by intelligent tools and “agents” designed to speed up quoting, follow-up, knowledge access, and proposal generation. That means you spend more time in conversations and closing and less time doing admin. You’ll work a proven activity plan This role is built for high performers who understand that activity creates luck and success is only a result of effort: • 30–50 in-person drop-ins per day, • 50 cold calls per day What you’ll do (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Daily • Execute a structured territory plan with 10–20 drop-ins (SMB + mid-market), • Make 50 cold calls/day (plus email + social touches). We will use AI and agents to enhance and automate your activities., • Close deals, • Identify decision makers and open doors for demos, assessments, and proposals, • Build and advance a pipeline of at least 10-20 qualified opportunities, • Book meetings and CLOSE qualified opportunities., • Share market intel: competitor moves, pricing pressure, vertical opportunities., • Hit activity + meeting targets, • Contribute to pipeline and close revenue goals, • Level up your skills through coaching, training, and product mastery What success looks like (first 90 days) 15 Days: You know our solutions, your territory, your talk track, and you’re running consistent activity. 30 Days: You’re booking meetings weekly and building a real pipeline. 90 Days: You’re Hitting quota, producing predictable opportunities and becoming a field presence people recognize. (We’ll coach you hard and support you—this is a performance role.) What you must have: You might be a fit if you’re: • Drive, hustle, and the grind., • A high-energy, disciplined hunter who enjoys the field, talking to prospects, and closing deals., • 2-5 Years Experience, • MPS, CPC and lease selling experience, • High level of AI, Excel or Spreadsheet skills- A must for This position and MPS deals, • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and / or decision maker with a consultative approach for Managed Print Services, • Comfortable with rejection and can reset fast, • Competitive, coachable, and obsessed with improving, • Able to communicate value and ask great questions, • Organized enough to run a territory like a business, • Tech-forward (you like digital/software tools and systems, not sticky notes), • Growth Mindset individuals ONLY, • Above average software and technical skills, • Use structure, not excuses College degree or education equivalent in sales is a HUGE plus, but not mandatory if you can prove the understanding of sales and the drive and grit it takes to excel and close. Strong AE applicants emphasize coachability, resilience, and consistent activity as top indicators of success. Tools & Enablement You’ll have all the modern tech stack support, including: • HubSpot CRM + automation (and expanding AI capabilities), • AI Sales agents to assist with prospecting, follow-up, and workflow acceleration (as we roll them out), • Sales playbooks, talk tracks, and sequences designed for high-touch outbound (we believe in structure), • Full Microsoft 365 copilot AI and Power Automate suite., • Ongoing training in:, • MPS selling, • Workflow conversations Growth path This is a launchpad role.
