Your ideal profile: • Independent yet collaborative working style, • Specialty area of expertise or strong interest in developing one, • Comfort with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, • Commitment to high-quality, culturally competent care, • Enthusiasm for integrated treatment approaches, • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive team environment, • Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team for comprehensive client care, • Maintain a caseload with a minimum of 14 clients per week, • Participate in case consultations and team meetings Professional Support: • Steady referral stream from established practice, • Administrative support (billing, scheduling, insurance coordination), • Clinical supervision and case consultation (required for pre-licensed, available for all), • Comfortable, fully-equipped office spaces, • All office supplies provided, • Competitive bi-weekly wages, • Employee status with benefits, • Supportive, collaborative team culture, • Flexible scheduling options, • Modern facilities across multiple locations Education & Licensing: • Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field, • Licensed providers: Current Colorado licensure (LMFT, LPC, Ph.D., or Psy.D.), • Pre-licensed providers: Currently accruing supervision hours toward Colorado licensure, • Experience with electronic health records, • Specialty training or certifications, • Previous group practice experience, • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and assessment abilities, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, • Commitment to timely documentation, • Flexibility and positive attitude toward change Be part of a practice that's changing how mental health care is delivered in Colorado Springs.
