Key Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by managing a robust pipeline of opportunities., • Own the sales cycle: From prospecting to closing, you take accountability for every step., • Prospect with purpose: Leverage outbound strategies including phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and industry events to build your book of business., • Deliver value: Position Extu's offerings to address customer needs through a solution first, consultative approach., • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to deliver an exceptional client experience., • Maintain strong relationships: Develop trust and credibility with clients for long-term growth. Qualifications • 5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota., • Incentive experience preferred., • SaaS/Martech/Channel Marketing Experience a plus, • Proactive hunter with a high aptitude for building net new business and a proven, repeatable outbound strategy., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365)., • Strategic mindset with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse buyer personas., • High integrity and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
